Dr. Erwin A. Cruz is a board-certified neurologist with extensive expertise in neurological disorders, brain injuries, and spinal conditions. I feel ever so lucky to have found The Texas Dizziness Center. A few weeks ago I was experiencing the absolute worst vertigo and it was so scary. I was recommended to them by a local ENT’s office and when I called the center they were so kind to get me in right away. The nurse practitioner saw me and she was absolutely amazing. Her confidence was so reassuring and she was able to do a maneuver that enabled me to walk out of my appointment without any more vertigo. I am so so grateful for her understanding and expertise. From my experience I can definitely highly recommend them!!!
